This school teacher drove to Dr. Gombert's Chandler, AZ dental office from Casa Grande, AZ for a cosmetic consult regarding her front tooth which had trauma at a young age. Due to the nature of the trauma, the tooth began to discolor and the existing bonding was failing and unattractive.
